“It’s clear the market has really undervalued a lot of these durable tech platforms for many years,” Joe Lonsdale, 8VC founding partner and Palantir co-founder, told CNBC’s “Squawk Box” Thursday. “Looking at this, sure, there is a lot of money around, but there are also a lot of good reasons for these tech platforms to sometimes be worth more than people intuitively understand.”
